Create your own custom wall plate with up to 12 ports. Just select the number or ports required and the inserts to go in it.

Choose from screwless wall plates with 1,2,3,4,6,8 or 12 ports. Note 8 and 12 port plates are double size.

Comes with mounting bracket.

Note – USB 2.0 are out of stock, we can supply USB 3.0 for the same price (they are backward compatible with 2.0).

All inserts are female both sides except

• Cat6 Jack has punch down terminals at the rear
• Cat5e toolless and RJ11 toolless have wire terminals at the rear
